Welcome to My AAA Speed Program!
This is a program I developed 10 years ago when I was activley training athletes in my company Achieve Speed Academy. My team and individual training was put on hold as I focused coaching my own boys in soccer. My two boys were both nice enough to do the video demonstrations for this web site.
Currently I coach my youngest who is a sophomore at MSJ High School. My other son plays for University of Maryland and is completing his second year.
With the current out break of the Coronavirus and everyone having to train on their own, I thought this would be a good time to reintroduce the program for those that are looking to train and crave the need to compete!
Each station you receive a score. The levels have been set on years of stats accumulated training high school, college and professional athletes.
Each station has score level to obtain B level, A level, AA level and the highest AAA level.
