Each station must be set up prior to the start of the program to accumulate your AAA Score.  Each station is 30 seconds long with a 3 minute rest between stations.  The entire program should be completed in 32 minutes.

Station 1 - 3 Block (Bean Bag) Pick up

Station 2 - Left foot square hop

Station 3 - Ripken

Station 4 - Ball Hop

Station 5 - 15 Yard Sprints

Station 6 - Right Foot square hop

Station 7 - Zig Zag Run

Station 8 - Triangle Slide 

Station 9 - Jump Rope 

Station 10 - 2 Hurdle Hop 

This should be completed start to finish in 32 minutes.  30 seconds for each station with a 3 minute rest between stations.  Please make sure each stations is set up with correct measurements as described on station page.
